I'm very excited that in six weeks I'll be heading to Dallas for the BlissDom '13 Conference. If you haven't heard of BlissDom, here's the scoop: BlissDom is the premier conference for women who find and express their bliss by publishing online.
The conference is March 21-23 and it features four tracks: Business, Writing, Life Development, and Photography. Can you guess which track I'll be all over?! Photography, of course. But I'm also considering doing at least one Writing session. We'll see.
I'm really excited to meet new people who are just as obsessed with photography, writing and blogging as I am. Here's a video with footage from 2012:
In other news, I have been busy scheduling spring portrait sessions. I'm extremely excited that I'll be shooting several high school girls for senior portraits. Over the past year I've had an opportunity to shoot kids, couples, individuals and families and I must say I absolutely, hands down love shooting individuals the most. So shooting seniors right before they embark on their journeys into adulthood is truly exciting to me. I can't wait for spring!!
I'm also headed to New York City this April. Camera will be in hand!
It's shaping up to be an exciting first quarter of 2013!
